In our Payroll Team, we have a high impact opportunity for an HR Administration Officer.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
You will serve as the central point of contact for all Payroll and HR Administration activities.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll services for over 1,900 employees.
You will manage employment contracts and maintain compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for over 1,900 employees.
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
- Manage the payroll inbox effectively by addressing all requests and queries promptly.
- Prepare all employment documentation, including new starter contracts and contract amendments.
- Assist with the ongoing review and maintenance of payroll-related policies and documentation.
About You
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a large organisation.
- Ability to manage and respond promptly to a high volume of payroll and policy-related queries.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and confidence in preparing and maintaining policy documents and reports.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
