Key Role

As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for shaping the online experience of our website. You will ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate and inspiring to guarantee the best customer shopping experience.



Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our product catalogue with SEO-optimised descriptions and accurate product information
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Buying and wider Digital team to ensure on-brand, accurate content across the site
  • Review and update category pages and website content to align with current marketing initiatives
  • Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvements that drive real results
  • Support user acceptance testing for new website features, gaining exposure to digital commerce


Requirements

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about digital trends and passionate about creating exceptional online experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • A keen eye for detail and natural organisational skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how content drives discovery
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write engaging, customer-focused copy
  • Excellent time management abilities and the flexibility to handle multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across different teams
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly with MS Office suite
  • A proactive attitude and genuine excitement about learning new digital tools and techniques
