Job Title:

A Display Coordinator role is available for a candidate with visual merchandising experience, to manage and schedule product displays in stores and online.

About the Job:

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and coordinating visual presentations of products, working closely with store managers and employees. This includes scheduling displays, communicating updates, and monitoring display locations using inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Plan and dispatch visual displays to stores and online platforms efficiently, considering product availability, seasonal promotions, and customer requests.
  • Communication and Updates: Keep store managers and employees informed about display schedules, instructions, and any changes or issues.
  • Display Monitoring: Regularly check display locations and status using inventory management systems, making adjustments as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of display installations, product usage, and employee hours.
  • Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines, while coordinating with the marketing and creative teams on design and installation schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while working with visual displays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with exposure to noise and customer interactions.
