About This Role:
We are seeking a Compliance Advisor to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality requirements.
The Compliance Advisor will monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance registers, support accreditation processes, and provide guidance to service leaders and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret aged care, disability, and housing regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support accreditation applications, re-accreditation, and compliance audits.
- Track compliance activities, maintain registers, and provide reports to senior leaders.
- Act as a compliance advisor, providing guidance and training on regulatory obligations.
- Work with governance and risk management teams to implement compliance strategies.
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or accreditation within aged care, health, or community services.
- Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks, including Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Standards, and industry accreditation.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements to business operations.
- Qualifications in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Current National Police Clearance and a valid driver's license.
