Financial Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor and intercompany invoices, reconcile employee expense reports, and ensure compliance with records management policies.
- Manage the timely payment of supplier accounts within trading terms and reconcile supplier statements and accounts payable ledgers.
- Assist with the preparation and lodgement of the monthly BAS, manage corporate credit cards, and follow up outstanding customer payments.
- Issue customer statements monthly, monitor recurring revenues and contracts, and produce accurate and timely reports on debtors, KPIs, and customer profitability.
- Provide administrative support by completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Certificate level qualifications in Finance or Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, preferably across multiple entities and currencies.
- Understanding of legislative requirements in specialized areas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office - Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, and Excel.
