Financial Support Specialist

The role of the Financial Support Specialist is to provide operational support to the financial team and work closely with staff to ensure the smooth execution of financial transactions.
- Coordinate all site invoices and manage accounts payable.
- Reconcile all invoices related to telephone services, company credit cards, and travel-related services on a monthly basis.
- Enter data into accounting software of invoices as applicable on a daily basis.
- Monitor accounts payable for due dates of suppliers on a weekly basis.
- Process payments to suppliers on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Archive financial information at least annually.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in an accounts capacity, possess a can-do attitude, an easy-going nature, passion for finance, proficiency with numbers, and strong attention to detail.
