About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Financial Support Specialist to contribute to our dynamic environment, handling a mix of financial duties.
The Role:
This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work 3 days a week in an office setting. You will be responsible for a varied set of tasks, including:
- General Administration: Managing incoming calls, processing credit card transactions, overseeing administrative mailboxes, and arranging building access passes.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Management: This involves creating and maintaining vendor records, monitoring finance inboxes for invoices, generating purchase orders, goods receipting, and ensuring timely payments.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Creating and following up on invoices.
- Team Support: Providing essential support to administration and finance teams.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with SAP software.
- A strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Requirements & Next Steps:
A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are mandatory for this position. The interview process will involve a one-stage interview with Manager and Senior Finance Officer.
