We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Ngala Community Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality child-focused care to children aged 0-6 years and ensuring that our Educators adhere to all policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Early Childhood Educators to deliver child-centered care and education
- Develop and implement the Early Childhood Curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to Educators to support their professional growth and development
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in supporting the development and learning of children aged 0-6 years
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning
