As a Child Development Specialist, you will work closely with a dedicated team of Educators to provide top-quality care for children aged 0-6 years in a play-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed for a safe environment.
  • Guide and mentor Educators, leading by example.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate engaging curriculums for children in your care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or equivalent, and a current registration with the relevant authority.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old
  • Knowledge and application of the relevant early childhood frameworks and standards
  • A current First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning to achieve the best outcomes for children
  • High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid working with children's check
  • Satisfactory national police clearance obtained within the last 6 months
