This role is responsible for managing, organizing and coordinating with design team members to complete architectural projects from concept to construction documentation stages of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting design assignments that involve conceptual design, schematic design, design development & construction documents.
  • Providing design support for project completion and execution.
  • Leading and participating in project meetings and presentations; ensuring clients are informed about project progress.
  • Solving complex design problems through schematic design and design development.

Requirements:

  • Australian Registered Architect.
  • 6+ years minimum postgrad experience in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of NCC/BCA and City of Sydney Planning Regulations.
  • Advanced Revit user.
  • Strong project management & control, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong client presentation skills.
