About the Role:

We are seeking a Strategic Architecture Project Manager to oversee the design development and production of high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop resolved design ideas collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project delivery
  • Lead and manage education projects and team members, providing guidance on technical expertise and best practices
  • Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and contractor submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of their project needs
  • Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality expectations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, empowering their growth and professional development

Requirements:

  • Completed relevant qualifications in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Professional registration and membership in relevant architectural associations are highly desirable
  • Able to work full-time in Australia
  • Proven ability on documentation and delivery phases of large-scale projects using Revit
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful completion of education projects, highlighting your design expertise and understanding of educational spaces
  • A good working knowledge of BCA, other relevant Australian standards, and Council codes
  • Excellent eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
