Key Coordinator Role

This is a key role for coordinating data operations, including managing the loading and verification of data in GEMS systems, monitoring project support services, and controlling objective documents.

As a Data Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various activities such as data load management, managing project support services, and ensuring that all incoming requests and communications are promptly addressed and routed to the appropriate team members.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring the PSS inbox and ensuring that all incoming requests and communications are promptly addressed and routed to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintaining and controlling all project-related documents within the objective document management system.
  • Generating and distributing regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the Project Data Services Manager, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data management and project support services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A qualification in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data coordination or a similar role, particularly within a Defence or large-scale project environment.
  • Experience with GEMS, Objective, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in data management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
