Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Project Manager at a large healthcare provider is now available. This hybrid position involves working 3 days a week in the office, located in inner-city Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running RFP processes to select suitable solutions for finance and rostering systems.
  • Evaluating systems to identify fit-for-purpose products.
  • Liaising with external vendors, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project management.
  • Demonstrating experience with ERP systems, particularly finance modules and/or rostering/time & attendance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in project management, with a focus on finance, rostering, time & attendance, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience running RFP processes, working with external vendors, and selecting fit-for-purpose products.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, hold vendors accountable, and work within timelines and budgets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with TechnologyOne and/or Time Target by Humanforce is an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant industry beneficial.
  • Industry certifications like Prince2, PMBOK advantageous.

About the Role:

This fixed-term contract requires candidates with appropriate work rights for Australia (with visa holders having a long expiry of 1.5 years minimum).
