Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Specialist to join our finance team.

  • This is a senior-level position that will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing maintenance of our finance systems.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional hands-on technical expertise in Oracle ERP and EPM, coupled with a proven track record of successful system implementations.

The role will involve leading the seamless delivery and ongoing maintenance of our finance systems, providing subject matter expertise on projects, and facilitating month-end and year-end data rollovers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate month-end and year-end data rollovers, model refreshes, and data migrations.
  • Serve as a bridge between various finance and technology teams, promptly resolving issues during critical month/year-end processes and finance system updates.
  • Take the lead as a financial system subject matter expert in transformation project discovery, design, and implementation of financial systems.
  • Take ownership of Reece Oracle design, development, and testing responsibilities.

About You

About You

We are looking for someone who has recent experience in system accounting, specializing in supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and planning processes within large, complex organizations.

The ideal candidate will also possess extensive experience in reporting, data analytics, and adept problem-solving skills, including mastery of SQL queries and Oracle coding language.

A strong requirement gathering and change management skills, with a demonstrated capability in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), is also required.

The candidate should have a hands-on, team-oriented attitude, willing to tackle any task necessary to ensure the success of the team.
