A role in finance systems transformation awaits

As a senior specialist, you'll impact the heart of Tech, Finance and Operations across the business. You'll be at the core of ERP and FP&A system rollouts, working closely with finance and IT leaders to ensure processes, reporting and data flows are built for the future.

You will have huge autonomy in your work and flexibility around start/finish times. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a national business undergoing a major transformation project.

The details:

  • Hands-off leadership team giving you the space to make this role your own.

  • Some interstate travel, including regular trips to Brisbane in the first year.

  • Circa 140k + super + laptop + phone (flexibility up for outstanding candidates).

  • Based in Notting Hill, Vic. 5 days on-site, with flexibility around start/finish times

Key responsibilities:

  1. Drive ERP and reporting system projects with a focus on Odoo ERP and Jedox FP&A.

  2. Translate accounting needs into system functionality.

  3. Configure and test workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting structures.

  4. Lead workshops, training sessions, and end-user adoption.

  5. Validate complex revenue cycles.

  6. Champion continuous improvement across finance processes and controls.

  7. Work hand-in-hand with finance managers, IT, and operational teams across the country.

Requirements:

  • A strong accounting foundation – CA/CPA preferred or equivalent experience.

  • ERP knowledge with prior Odoo experience highly desirable.

  • Experience in change management, process improvement, and systems adoption.

  • Hands-on system configuration and testing experience.

  • Strong grasp of debits, credits, and accounting flows.

  • Excellent communicator – confident leading training and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proactive, extroverted, and able to work autonomously without micromanagement.
