Job Title: Brand Partner Marketing Executive

At Sephora, we're seeking a highly skilled Brand Partner Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing & E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our key brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for over 150 selective and exclusive brands across all categories: Makeup, Skincare, Haircare & Fragrance.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand launch plans and strategies for A-Grade brand launches in collaboration with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Category Management team.
  • Establish long-term strategies for our key growth brands, building & pitching quarterly support plans by identifying key marketing opportunities.
  • Manage the brand partner marketing budget, working with the Head of Marketing to ensure targets are achieved within budget.
  • Build brand sampling and GWP plans to support local Sephora campaigns and brand product launches.
  • Analyse and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing. Utilise data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and Sephora.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing and Communications, with a strength in creative thinking to develop campaign concepts.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in the beauty industry a plus.
  • The ability to demonstrate skills in both negotiation and influencing decision making.
  • Campaign reporting and analysis experience.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional project teams.
