Vitalcare seeks skilled professionals to expand its national service and installation team with new field service technicians specializing in nurse call technology.

We are looking for seasoned technicians with experience in electrical or fire alarm systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as those who have worked on NBN, home automation, security/access control/CCTV systems.

Jr. technicians and apprentices are also encouraged to apply, as we prioritize growth opportunities and skill development within the industry.

Responsibilities
  • The installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of nurse call, security/access control/CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients.
Requirements
  • A reliable electronics technician or similar professional with experience in complex installations.
  • Strong communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to customers and users at all levels.
  • Adaptable and able to take the lead or work autonomously when required.
  • Cool, calm, collected, and solutions-oriented in all situations.
  • A passion for solving problems and perfecting your craft.
  • Holding current certifications such as Open Cabling (SC, CC, OF endorsements), Working in Confined Spaces, and Construction General Induction (White Card).
  • A full (unrestricted) Australian driver's license.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a current Flu vaccination along with Covid vaccinations when available.
