Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the procurement process.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and experience in purchasing or a related field, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing goods and services in line with organisational policies and procedures
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure best prices and terms
  • Managing the procurement process from start to finish
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on procurement activity

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of purchasing experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Computer literacy, including proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Strong administrative skills, organised, and attention to detail
