Job Title: Automotive Electrical Parts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Automotive Electrical Parts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently manage branch sales
  • Respond to phone calls, assisting customers & account managers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Process invoices & credits in a timely manner
  • Maintain goods, pallet racking & shelving - including undertaking stock counts when required
  • Pick/Pack when necessary

Requirements:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A driven individual with the ability to learn & adapt in high volume environments
  • Customer Service focused
  • Desirable qualifications include automotive electrical parts sales experience
  • Medical, Drug & Alcohol testing is mandatory

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends or public holidays

Schedule:

  • 38 hour week
