Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team.
- This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- You will be responsible for answering the parts phone, interpreting parts for Retail & Trade customers, and attending to customers efficiently and courteously.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist with a strong background in automotive spare parts and exceptional customer service skills.
- A valid Australian driver's license and good mechanical aptitude are essential for this role.
