Business Operations Lead

As a Disability Employment Services Business Manager, you will be responsible for empowering and motivating a small team of consultants to drive outstanding outcomes for job seekers with disabilities. Your expertise in people management and business skills will enable the team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide tailored employment services to individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of Disability Employment Services consultants
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achievement of KPIs
- Engage with job seekers to provide individualized support and guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote disability employment services
