About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Employment Services Team Lead to empower and motivate a team of consultants to drive outstanding outcomes for job seekers with disabilities.
- Lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services
- Support your team in hitting their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A business mindset, enabling you to read and interpret data, form local business relationships, and plan for future success
- Resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome complex issues
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and secure a Working with Children Safely Card
