Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support through multiple channels, including email, phone, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to schedule servicing and repair bookings, create job numbers, allocate tasks, and communicate progress.
- Support the stores division by interpreting parts information, ensuring accurate pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients' equipment drop-off and collection, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Assist in coordinating 3rd-party attendances for diagnostic services, etc.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, repairs, and additional requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Develop strong working relationships with Branch Management, Administration, Procurement, and Mechanical teams to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to creating quotations and service reports, showcasing a keen attention to detail.
- Compile relevant workshop and parts information to complete accurate invoices, meeting strict deadlines.
- Engage with clients to obtain repair approvals and close invoices efficiently.
- Demonstrate flexibility to assist in other areas of the facility as needed.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment that values open communication and teamwork.
- Recognition of employees' birthdays and work anniversaries, demonstrating appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
