Exciting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced APS4 Officer to manage inbox, liaise with stakeholders and report on deliverables.

About the Role

This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will contribute to delivering programs and projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inbox management and responding to internal enquiries;
  • Liaising with stakeholders and other government departments;
  • Reviewing and reporting on program deliverables;
  • Providing feedback to shape delivery outcomes;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

To be successful, you must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and experience working in the Australian Public Service is highly desirable.

  • Ability to manage challenging priorities;
  • Program/project experience;
  • Working in a fast-paced environment;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Security Requirements

You must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2).
