Executive Chef Job Opportunity

Are you a seasoned culinary expert seeking a new challenge? We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

This role involves working autonomously and collaboratively in a small team, preparing and presenting high-quality meals in a modern restaurant setting. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Chef Manager and enjoy a stable schedule with no late nights, early starts, or weekends.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional quality meal services to residents and visitors
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals according to established recipes
  • Maintaining food safety standards and kitchen OH&S protocols
  • Managing stock levels, assisting with ordering, and ensuring kitchen equipment cleanliness
  • Collaborating with fellow Food & Beverage staff members

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • A current Police check (we can assist with this process)
