Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Cook. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving nourishing meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of special dietary requirements for individual residents
  • Maintain accurate records of food stock levels and ordering requirements
  • Implement and maintain the Food Safety Program in partnership with the Chef Supervisor
  • Support catering staff to ensure a clean and safe work environment is maintained
Requirements
  • Certificate relevant to the role and experience in residential aged care and hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
