Senior Account Director

Publicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Account Director. This position will be responsible for leading and directing a client portfolio, ensuring all aspects of the creative agency's business are managed effectively in partnership with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong client relationships and lead strategic and creative recommendations across the client portfolio.
- Manage a broad agency team and oversee financial and operational aspects of the account.
- Strategically manage the agency-client relationship and independently articulate a clear and actionable strategy that meets objectives.
- Seek out opportunities for generating revenue, developing relationships, and winning new business.
- Lead new business pitches as requested.
- Develop and cultivate trusting relationships with client senior management and demonstrate market foresight to effectively anticipate threats and opportunities in the client's business.
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve peak performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in account management, with a strong understanding of the production and agency process.
