Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily transport operations, including planning and allocating loads. Your goal will be to ensure all movements meet safety and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- SUPervise daily transport operations.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for seamless freight movements.
- Manage subcontractors and support drivers with guidance and feedback.
- Monitor driver performance and compliance.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate records of transport movements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising fleet and subcontractor operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstrated experience in mass management and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technology, including Transport Management Systems and MS Excel.
