Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of growth clients, including privately owned corporate groups, trusts, and other privately owned entities.
- Oversee tax compliance, financial statements, planning, and assist on advisory services for extensive client groups featuring diverse entity types such as trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals.
- Work directly with Partners and senior Tax specialists in delivering advice to privately owned corporate groups, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and their owners on intricate tax matters, including restructures, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, Division 7 A, and specific trust issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in Tax Consulting, ideally in a top-tier or second-tier accounting firm or legal firm.
- Experience in managing junior staff and their development.
- Advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to corporate groups, individuals, or trusts.
