Customer Relationship Manager

The Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role suits individuals who have proven experience in collections, skip tracing and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory obligations.

This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts from Australia's largest institutions, utilize your experience in collections and skip tracing to locate customers and negotiate tailored repayment solutions, handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls and maintain strict adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in collections, recoveries or credit control
  • Strong knowledge of skip tracing techniques
  • Solid understanding of compliance obligations, debt collection guidelines and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Resilience and professionalism in challenging conversations
  • A passion for results in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • A desire to learn and take on feedback
