About the Role

Victoria University is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Account Coordinator, Major Partnerships. This position is pivotal in managing a portfolio of partners within the Victoria University Major Partnerships Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage partnerships to deliver mutual value to Victoria University and partner organisations.
  • Cultivate relationships to ensure effective collaboration and leverage partnership activities across the university.
  • Provide high-level organisational and administrative support, including preparation of reports and papers for governance committees.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and initiatives for Engagement and Advancement.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in account management, partnerships, relationship management, marketing, and/or sponsorship management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise partnerships and effectively solve problems as they arise.
  • Event management and delivery experience.
