Job Title: Department Store Team LeadRole Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Department Store Team Lead to join our team in Managing a Department Store. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing their team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse sales and profit data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximise sales.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset and coaching approach to drive results and team development.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer experience, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure store displays are visually appealing and aligned with commercial goals.
  • Evaluate and manage team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • A strong commercial background, preferably in retail or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and achieving sales growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
