Job Title: Store Operations Manager

The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for managing a team of up to 20 staff members, ensuring seamless store operations, maintaining a high standard of store presentation, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Allocator to optimize store layouts and ensure maximum return on floor space.
About You

We are seeking an experienced retail leader who embodies our organizational values, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record in leadership, with experience in team management and conflict resolution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary package (estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum), we offer:
