Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our high-performing project teams based on sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

You will provide vital support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation.

Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects, with tasks including:

  • Preparation and recording of internal and external documentation, correspondence and reports
  • Permit applications
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Timely management of records and notices
  • Assist in contract negotiations and claim management
  • Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.
