**Job Description**

The role of Cluster Administration Coordinator is a permanent part-time position that involves managing administration support processes for 6 sites. This includes invoice management, accounts payable, stakeholder management, debt management and financial planning.

As a key member of the Recreation Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to internal and external stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.

This is a rare opportunity for an integral support role in recreation, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our customers and the community we serve.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in administration support roles
  • Recreation knowledge
  • Demonstrated high-level communication skills including written and verbal reporting
  • Knowledge of community recreation
  • Experience in dealing with key stakeholders
  • Experience in financial management
**Benefits**
