Job Description

The Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope and Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope are multi-purpose facilities that provide high-quality programs and services to the community. Our Key Venues section oversees all of our aquatic and leisure centres, promoting Blacktown City as a leader in sport, recreation, and leisure.

Blacktown Leisure Centre Stanhope (BLCS) and Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope offer an exciting range of health, aquatic, leisure, sport, and tennis programs and services. This includes an indoor aquatic centre with a 25-metre 10-lane lap pool, wave pool, programme pool, four-court stadium, and 16 plexicushion tennis courts. We also have a health and fitness centre, crèche, and function room facilities.

Our team is responsible for coordinating front desk and catering teams, delivering training and development programmes, and ensuring that all personnel maintain the essential qualifications and training required for a busy multifunctional facility.

">Key Responsibilities

- Directly organize, lead, and coordinate the front desk and catering teams
- Coordinate and deliver the function of training and development for all BLCS personnel
- Monitor pre-requisite qualifications, ensure re-qualification is coordinated, and delivered, and ensure that all personnel maintain the essential qualifications and training required for a busy multifunctional facility
- Assist the Coordinator Customer Experience in organizing, facilitating, and delivering training to Key Venues personnel

">Required Skills and Qualifications

**Essential:**

- Certificate III in a related field
- Solid experience
- Current Class C driver's licence
- Current Working With Children Check

Entry-level for this position starts at $1,451.97. Benefits include a 35-hour working week, rostered day off (RDO) every fortnight, leave entitlements (where applicable), employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
