The venue is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the team & drive the operations of the business to success.

Your role is to lead the operational team in all aspects of Events, Food & Beverage management, gaming and to support department managers and their teams to deliver on service excellence while also meeting business goals.
- As the_
**_ Assistant Venue Manager_**:

- within the venue, you are responsible for but not limited to:_
- drive & mentor your managers to collaboratively inspire and create high performing teams
- oversee stock & store rooms
- drive the already busy gaming to ongoing success
- Assist w/ the creation & driving of marketing plans to push the venue forward & gain marketshare
- engage with the senior leadership development programs to support continuous development of your own leadership and your teams
- overall accountability for all product performance within your venue, not limited to venue, marketing, gaming, entertainment & events management
- oversee financial performance of your business ensuring compliance, profitability, appropriate wage controls & budgeted results are achieved

- Sound knowledge & passion of best - in - sector food & beverage as the lead on this role
- Demonstrated excellence in your management field in a similar role
- Proven track record in leading & creating high performing teams
- Strong background from operational Food & Beverage, in multifaceted alike venues
- Compliance expertise, licensee experience will be highly regarded
- Confident in 'managing up' and influential communicator
- Excellent business & financial acumen
