Laundry Attendant Opportunity Available

A key role has arisen for a Laundry Attendant to join our organisation's team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain clean linen and personal clothing, ensuring that the care of our residents' property is in accordance with our policy. Additional tasks include monitoring stock supplies, working within infection control guidelines, and maintaining safe working practices.

To succeed in this position, applicants must possess relevant experience in aged care or hold a Certificate III in Aged Care. It is also essential to have knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards, as well as skills in communication, reliability, and WH&S awareness.

Applicants are required to provide evidence of their flu vaccine, COVID-19 vaccine, and current National Criminal History Record.

This part-time or permanent position offers competitive hourly rates between $26.00 and $27.00 per hour. Benefits include salary packaging.

The successful candidate will work morning shifts and be able to commute or relocate to Dulwich Hill, NSW 2203. Australian work authorisation is required.
