Transform the NSW energy system by driving strategic change. This role offers a 9-month parental leave cover with potential for extension. You will work in Sydney with hybrid working from home and office supported.

We are seeking a professional to lead a key initiative under the Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap, focusing on integrating Renewable Energy Zones (REZs) to deliver a secure and reliable energy supply.

You will shape and deliver the 2025 Network Infrastructure Strategy, working closely with technical advisors, graphic designers, and editors to communicate complex information clearly. With a strong stakeholder focus, this role tailors communications for several stakeholder groups, informing future REZ development across NSW.

About You

You must be highly organised and self-directed, managing priorities with ease and operating with a high level of autonomy. You're skilled at navigating complexity and change and known for building strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. With a strategic mindset and strong coordination skills, you deliver high-quality outcomes that align with broader infrastructure and energy reform goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of the NSW energy system, including the challenges and opportunities presented by the transition to renewable energy. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive change and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
