Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch Team Member. As a key member of our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC), you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate customer orders to ensure timely departure of home delivery trucks
- Ensure physical availability and readiness of customer orders for dispatch
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning starts
- Ability to lift up to 18kgs repetitively throughout the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
