About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our store, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls and bathrooms, and emptying bins
  • Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas, ensuring they are returned to their designated bays
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, supporting our store operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and providing directions to customers as needed
Requirements
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, with the ability to comfortably handle physically demanding tasks and maintain a safe working environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
  • A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
