About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and our service team, addressing every customer's needs and concerns by providing suitable solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and promptly addressing their inquiries and service requests
  • Displaying extensive knowledge about products and services
  • Documenting all vehicle issues and requests
  • Communicating with customers about vehicle problems, including warranty issues, repairs, and maintenance
  • Ensuring accurate quotes, costing, and invoicing are provided and recorded
  • Collaborating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed within allocated timeframe
  • Attending to front counter and service platforms to respond to customer enquiries
  • Raising, processing, and closing repair orders
  • Providing order numbers to contractors and sublet invoices to dealers

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, outstanding organizational and communication skills, and adequate knowledge of the automotive or transport industry. Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is highly regarded, and a qualified diesel/motor mechanic would be advantageous.
