Security Risk Management Specialist

About the RoleThis is a primarily on-site position based out of our Sydney Campus, where you'll be involved in a diverse range of security and safety risk management activities. You'll support the uplift of our global campus security posture and improvements to campus incident and emergency management.
You'll develop, implement, and maintain security operational policy, processes, and playbooks to ensure our campuses remain secure and safe. This includes:
- Supporting the development and implementation of Canva's campus safety and security policies and procedures
- Leading in their maintenance to ensure they remain fit for purpose
- Supporting Canva's security and safety incident management and response delivery
- Investigating and reporting on safety and security incidents
- Partnering to develop and deliver safety and security training programs for Canva's workforce and campuses
We're looking for someone with a background in security operations and risk management, ideally in a global multisite environment. You should have demonstrated experience developing and maintaining security and safety policies and procedures, as well as experience in physical security or safety incident management.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
