**Role Overview**

This is a fixed-term, full-time position to lead and deliver core membership programs and services for a professional organization. The role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality member experience through process improvement activities.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a range of membership benefits and services, undertake regular analysis and reporting of member data, and work across departments to provide integrated solutions.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Deliver core membership programs and services that meet members' needs.
  • Analyse and report member data to inform decision-making.
  • Work across departments to provide integrated solutions for member services.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in business administration or customer experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a membership services organization or customer services-related role is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office programs, including Excel, and a sound understanding of databases.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or the right to work in Australia.
