We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive exceptional member experiences and build key relationships. The role involves driving growth and sales, as well as providing premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive an exceptional member experience by providing high-end service
  • Build key stakeholder relationships with members
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member growth and sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
