We are seeking a skilled Senior Heritage Specialist to lead heritage projects and shape the future of our industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading assessments, conservation management plans, and interpretation planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership on heritage matters, including assessments, conservation management plans, and interpretation planning.
- Mentorship and Team Support: Lead, mentor, and support junior staff in delivering high-quality heritage reports and projects.
- Business Development: Prepare proposals, tenders, and submissions to secure new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Industry Representation: Represent the organization in professional forums, public engagements, and industry events.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of heritage conservation principles and practices. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide expert guidance on heritage matters.
