
Regional Sales Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily requests and requirements of assigned accounts efficiently. They will oversee stock through sales channels, ensuring quality control onsite and online. Additionally, they will build relationships with prospects at all levels, engaging senior decision-makers and influencers to discuss business growth strategies and solutions.

- Build relationships with prospects at all levels, engaging senior decision-makers and influencers to discuss business growth strategies and solutions.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans for assigned customers, becoming a trusted advisor for better business outcomes.
- Provide excellent internal and external stakeholder service and communication.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer operations and market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships at all user levels, as well as develop networks with internal stakeholders.
- Implement joint business plans with customers for 6-12 months.
- Generate and share data-driven insights.
- Develop category offers aligned with market trends and profitability targets.
- Build sales pipelines and understand the totality of the sales process to hit sales goals.
- Experience in food or beverages categories or similar.
- Knowledge of the Food Service industry (HoReCa, distributors, QSR).
- Ability to manage multiple customers across various channels.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with marketing, category, supply chain, and finance departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize sales data.
- Proven track record of building profitable relationships.
- Full driver's license and ability to travel interstate when required.
