Workplace Concierge Role Overview
The Colliers Workplace Management Services team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Workplace Concierge. This position is a part-time office-based role in Canberra CBD, servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our client's brand and culture.
- Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all Workplace Services touch points.
- Administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, break-out areas, and internal events, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the maintenance of the workplace to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hospitality, administration, or workplace management experience, specialising in customer-centric events, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, working with a spirit of autonomy, independence, and initiative.
- Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
- Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change.
- Experienced discernment to recognise when a situation requires guidance or collaboration to achieve collective success.
