Integration Solutions Expert

Job Title: Integration Specialist

This role is perfect for a technically-minded payments enthusiast who wants to broaden their experience in customer-facing functions. The successful candidate will be working directly with an experienced Technical AM, serving as the primary point of contact for external partners and being the expert on API integrations for new partners.

• Supporting External Partners: Assist software partners in utilising APIs and other integration solutions.
• Partner Briefings: Design, roll out and support of integration solutions, working with various external partners and internal IT teams.
• First Point of Contact: Be responsible for resolving queries from external partners directly and/or with the assistance of internal team members.
• Partner Onboarding: Assist with partner plans, setup, testing and payment options configuration.
• Product Support: Provide support to external partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration, functionality options or challenges.
• Advocate for Integration Partners: Put forward new and advanced product enhancements.
• User Acceptance Testing: Conduct UAT on products and enhancements, assisting partners where necessary.
• Relationship Development: Develop relationships with integration and other partners.

• External: Engage with clients and partners, particularly software integration partners.
• Internal: Work with IT development, customer support, operations, sales, marketing and other teams to contribute to the successful onboarding and operation of clients and partners.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years payments experience.
• Logical and Technical Mindset: Strong logical and technical mindset.
• API Knowledge: Understanding of API and other integration models.
• Technical Skills: Good technical, product, customer success, support or similar experience required.
• Able to Work Independently: Desire to work in an agile team with an eagerness to learn and pitch in across multiple tasks.
• Strong Communication Skills: Strong understanding of technology with the ability to assist in the creation and communication of solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operational and Partner Account Management: Ability to run with initiatives.
• Solution-Focused: Exceptional solution and problem-solving abilities and experience.
• Client Implementation Experience: Experience undertaking user acceptance testing, client implementations or in operational areas.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience working with various stakeholders to achieve success.

• Education: High school certificate.
• Degree Advantage: Degree or above would be an advantage.
• Industry Experience: Experience in payments, banking or related industries, or in a client success role would be an advantage.
