Job Title: Integration Solutions Expert

Description

We are seeking an expert in integration solutions to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. As an Integration Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns applicable for all clients in their portfolio.
  • Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team, and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
  • Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).
  • Project experience highly desired.
  • Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM, and Workday CCTPPTM certification preferred.
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering discipline preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
